Hey there #HealthyFriends! When on a weight loss journey it is important to mix up your methods. There is no one size fits all to weight loss but trying out different things can prevent you from becoming stagnant and feeling a need to give up. We can’t have that!
Since beginning my weight loss journey with my Facebook Group Rowfit35, I’ve made it very clear that this is not an overnight quick fix. Diligent work and adequate healthy choices will get the weight off. With that said this page will help with that. When I try new methods and I've seen results I'll add them to this page. The Day Off DietDr. Oz has done it! He created the diet that everybody wants! THE DAY OFF DIET! Most individuals on a weight loss journey can be discouraged by dieting because they can't stick to constant "diet food". But a day off would sweeten the deal of being able to stick to the challenge because 1 day out of the week you are able to eat whatever you want (within reason) and not gain weight.
