Ok So yall know I am a phone, internet junkie!!! Everything I do is on the phone, on Wifi, and to add insult to injury, I have 2 phones, an iPad, a Kindle, and a computer. Yes I know that's not a lot for all you techies and gamers but on average it's a lot of internet overload for the average person. With that, the average person should take a "web break" once in a while. On this episode of Dr. Oz I tried a vacation from the internet and Dr. Oz along with Journalist Tony Schwartz gives me some tips on how to cut back on the internet, see if I passed or failed in my challenge...
